How to Cook with Leftover Beer

It's Sunday morning, and you've got a cup of leftover dark beer from last night's festivities. Should you toss it down the drain?

I found this recipe in the Albany Times Union recipe box blog. "Brewing French Toast" gives the ingredients for a French Toast recipe that will take care of your hunger and that leftover beer at the same time!

Let the bread slices soak while you clean up the house, and have a delicious breakfast and a bit of the "hair of the dog" at the same time!
