One of my favorite Finger Lakes wineries, Dr. Frank's Vinifera Wine Cellars in Hammondsport, NY, is participating in the World Tour of Food and Wine on Saturday, April 4 & Sunday, April 5, 2009
According to the folks at the Keuka Lake wine trail, participating wineries will each offer dish from a different country or region paired with one of their delicious wines.
This sounds like a great opportunity to increase your understanding of why different ethnic foods pair with specific styles of wine.

The festival will be open from 10am to 5pm Saturday and from Noon to 5pm Sunday.
