Adair Vineyards at the Albany Farmer's Market!

I love visiting the Farmers Market for fresh produce and cheeses. What a pleasant surprise to see New York State wineries selling their delicious wines side by side with our local farmers!

Adair Vineyards wines are for sale on Wednesdays at the Empire State Plaza Farmers' Market. Adair offers the following suggested pairings for their wines on the Adair Vineyard website:

Vidal matches with grilled seafood and grilled poultry.

Cayuga White and Mountain White
both pair with Asian, Indian, and other spicy cuisines.

Peche or Black Currant dessert wines could be drizzled over a fruit salad.

Solitary Oak matches with seafood.

Dutch Barn White pairs with pork and fowl with sturdy sauces.

Adair Vineyards is located at 52 Allhusen Road in New Paltz on the Shawangunk Wine Trail.
